Meals-delivery firm DoorDash Inc. on Wednesday reported a worse-than-expected first-quarter loss amid indicators of a slight slowdown in development for its massive U.S. restaurant enterprise, and it provided a second-quarter forecast for a key demand metric that was simply shy of estimates.
DoorDash’s outlook is sinking its inventory. However one analyst says it usually forecasts conservatively.
